2024 Look Back : Cliquify Updates & Future Roadmap

Cliquify continues to empower enterprises to maximize the value of authentic, organic, employee-generated content. Unlike traditional marketing content, we all know employee-generated content reflects the true culture, values, and experiences within the company, creating a more relatable and trustworthy narrative for potential candidates.

This past year, Cliquify celebrated it’s 4-year anniversary with 300% YoY growth, over 11,000 employee and corporate stories told through the platform, and driving more than 300,000 candidates to our clients through employee advocacy.

Cliquify added several impactful features to expand it's capabilities:

  • Video VoicesTM Our clients continue to use Cliquify as a “one-stop-shop” for all things employer brand activation. As such, they asked us for an easy video solution to capture employee-generated videos from employees worldwide, make them on-brand, and publish them on career sites, job descriptions, social media, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and several other channels with one click.

  • Internal Communications / Engagement – Our clients can now easily share and measure engagement with graphic and video stories on Slack, Microsoft Teams, and E-mail. This is a game changer in building a robust employer brand inside the organization and driving retention through internal mobility.

  • Groups – The employer brand content narrative in video and graphic format can now be directed to a particular group of users through Cliquify. For example, users can create specific groups such as “Brand Ambassador” or the “C-Suite” and direct content that they can use internally and externally specifically tailored to them.

  • Print Media – Our clients now enjoy not only building digital assets, but also on-brand print media such as benefits flyers, campus recruiting post-cards with dynamic QR codes that are measured for ROI inside Cliquify.

We are not stopping here. 2025 is even more exciting for our clients with these features launching soon:

  • CLEO AITM Competitive Intelligence – Cliquify Engagement Optimizer (CLEO) will allow our clients to see who their talent competitors are and craft an employer brand content strategy based on the competitive gap analysis.

  • Cliquify Mobile App – The app will allow employer brand admins to push specific content to their employees to share with their network on Social media, Outlook, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Cliquify Outlook Add-in: Cliquify users will easily be able to access Cliquify powered videos, graphics, and content directly inside Outlook. “In the flow of work”

  • Deeper Analytics: Cliquify already provides EVP insights that no other platform provides. In 2025, Cliquify plans to dig deep into the millions of content engagement data points for each of our clients and provide a custom data-driven content strategy to drive the most candidate engagement and conversion.
