How To Upload and manage Brand Assets

Updated over 10 months ago

After the admin uploads the brand logo, colors, and fonts to the 'Brand Kit', it's time to add all the branded assets and images to the 'Digital Asset Management Library'. This will allow you to create branded templates for your users. To upload your brand images, simply select the 'Library' option with the flag icon in your dashboard sidebar menu.

Admins can create multiple folders to categorize the images and videos through the 'Add Folder' button. You can decide if you want the assets to be visible to all users or just admins by selecting either of the below options.

On selecting 'Public' option, a folder will be created with the default name 'New Folder' and 'Admin Folder' if the option is 'Admin Only' as shown below. You can edit the name by clicking on the 'pencil' icon or delete the folder by clicking on the 'trash can' icon.

To upload assets to a particular folder, click on the folder and select Upload. You can either upload multiple files or drag and drop assets up to 20 MB in the case of images and up to 200 MB in the case of video assets. You can create sub-folders within the primary folder for further categorization of the assets.

Once you upload the assets, they will be shown under the specific folder and the 'Recent Added' section. You can rename the asset by hovering over the asset and clicking on the 'pencil' icon. After an asset is uploaded, labels or tags for that particular asset are automatically generated; however, you can add labels manually by clicking on 'Preview' and typing the label name. This will help in filtering the assets effectively. Additionally, you can also add a description to the asset.

You can rename, delete, rearrange and add folders/sub-folder through the 'Folder Settings' button as well.
