The CTR % is an acronym for Click Through Rate. The click through rate is the percentage of your brand’s total clicks over total impressions. The total number of clicks your post has refers to the amount of traffic back to your site. Impressions refers to the total amount of times a post/posts have been viewed on social media pages. Therefore, the CTR is a good way of gaging how effective your posts are at attracting potential candidates. Over time, your brands CTR % should slowly increase as your team begins to understand more about the recruitment process through social media.
