Open User Invitation Options

From User Management, you can invite new users individually or in bulk through a file upload. No need to add people one at a time.

Navigate to Groups Section

You can also manage your groups from this same screen. Groups let you control permissions, template access and approval settings at scale — rather than managing each user individually.

Click "Add new Group" to create a group based on location, business unit or a custom group that works for your enterprise.

Access Approvals Settings

Click "Approvals" to set up and customize campaign approval workflows for your templates and groups.

When approvals are turned on, every new post that is not linked to a specific group will require approvals before being published. For approvals specific to groups, refer to the Group Level Approval Flow settings.
