How to Change A User's Role

Administrators have access to the change the role of their users. Modifying the roles of users on Cliquify will be helpful if positions within your recruitment team change. To begin managing the role of a specific user, select “Account Settings” from your profile name and image.

Under the Settings page, select “Manage Users” on the side bar menu.

Under this page, administrators will see a list of their users along with respective roles. In the “Action” column of the list, there is a pen icon that represents “Change Role” . Locate the user’s email that you want to modify, and select the pen icon associated with their email.

A pop-up will appear titled “Change User Role”. Here, admins can select the position they want that user to perform. Simply select the box next to the role you wish to choose. To confirm modification, select the “Update” option on the bottom right.
