What is the importance of Smart Text feature?

When creating job opening specific posts to use for social media, both the job title and location are important factors to show. Our Smart Text saves time and effort when recruiters have multiple positions to exhibit. Administrators and users with “create” roles can utilize Smart Text in their designs.

For a recruiter to modify and utilize the smart text, the template must be published/marked as ready and organized into the “Jobs” category. Administrators need to ensure there is a green dot associated with a design. Recruiters will access the template they wish to modify and post. Select the design you wish to modify.

When in the Cliquify design editor, select “Text” on the left side bar menu. Under the Smart Text option, select “Add Job Title” and or “Add Job Location” to implement Smart Text into your design.

Under the template, users can choose the syntax of the Smart text, along with Job Details as shown below. Please fill in all three text boxes and select “Next” to continue with the post. Once the template is published and is in the “Job” category, recruiters and posters can modify what the Title and Location display.

When recruiters finalize the design and are finished editing, the content is ready to be posted to social media!
