When your design is finished, you want your enterprise users to be able to post your creative content. In order for them to do so, you must publish your design. With your cursor, roll over the design you want to publish.
Click on the 'draft' option to view list and select 'active'
You will be asked to confirm publishing of your draft. To continue, press “Confirm”.
Otherwise, select “Cancel” to keep it as a draft.
Now, in your dashboard, the template/design you recently published will be marked with a green dot as shown below. Templates with a yellow dot indicate that it hasn’t been published and is still in “editing mode” so that recruiters/posters cannot access it on their end.
Conversely, as an admin, you have the option to both publish and un-publish templates. To un-publish a template, roll over the design with your cursor, similar to the process above. Click on the 'active' option, select confirm. By selecting this option, your enterprise posters will no longer be available to access the template.
