Cliquify's Smart Text feature allows recruiters to easily insert important job information on drafts and designs. Please note that Smart Text can only be used for posts that are organized in the 'Jobs' category. The Smart Text itself is initiated by administrators and designers, then implemented by recruiters and posters.
If the template you choose is in the ‘jobs’ categorization, it is possible your brand’s creator used SmartText. When a post with SmartText is selected by a recruiter, the first step to posting is to automatically fill in the SmartText guide (Job title, Job location, and Job details), before selecting “Next”.
You will then be in the editor of your draft post, where you can make final tweaks to the design. The job title and job location that you previously inputted will be on the design where the administrator put it as shown below, for example.
The job description you inputted will not be shown on the actual design. Instead, this information will be used for the caption of your post. More specifically, our CLEO AI software uses the job description to generate captions for you to use. This way, your caption will be extremely aligned with your employment post.
