When viewing your brand’s post data and analytics, you will notice that the automatic default measurements you see are for the overall brand, within the last 7 days, and collected over all social media channels connected to your Cliquify platform. However, it is important to view statistics in a more specific manner per employee, social media channel, and time. To adjust your analytics filters, locate the “Analytics” option on the left side bar menu.
Under this page, any user can view important metrics about the content posted through Cliquify. Some of the metrics include Brand Activity Summary, Top Users Leaderboard, EVP Performance based on most used categories, templates and top-performing content. The time frame filter can be changed to last 7 days, week, 30 days, month, or 365 days, however, by default analytics will be shown for last 30 days.
