Why is the Impression data not showing the dashboard?

You post regularly but the impression data metric still shows up blank under the Analytics. This could be because of multiple reasons.

1. You have not installed the Chrome Extension. Adding the extension is essential to capture impression data from LinkedIn. Read this article for steps to add the extension or click here to directly add the extension.

2. If the extension is added but you are still not able to view the impression data then wait for 24 hours for the data to flow in and populate. Even after 24 hours, if the impression is not reflected, try out these quick troubleshooting steps.

  • Ensure there is a green tick mark next to the extension and the status indicates 'good', as shown in the below images.

  • While posting content on LinkedIn using the Cliquify platform, ensure that you are logged into your LinkedIn account as well. This is not always necessary but a good to-do step.

Note: We rely on LinkedIn and the Chrome extension for the impression data and how LinkedIn treats each extension. Data doesn't populate in real-time and takes about a day to reflect. The metrics for your past posts even before the extension was added, will reflect under Analytics after the extension is added. In short, your content is never lost.
