User and Group Management

Updated user invitation and management process/access. Create user groups to limit template access and manage approval flows

Updated over 6 months ago

Invite and manage users has moved to the left sidebar for easier access.

Individual User Upload

Add new users, manage user type, add to groups and import/export bulk user lists under the "Invite/Manage" tab.

  1. Click "Invite new users" to enter email addresses for new invitees.

  2. Enter email addresses and click "Add invites and continue".

  3. Choose roles for new users and assign to groups, if desired. (Users can be added or removed from groups under user management at any time.)

Bulk User Upload

  1. Click "Bulk Invite Upload". Browse or Drop a CSV or XLSX file.

  2. Format of file

  3. Upload file and select corresponding columns. (Each page will go through the different columns: emails, then roles, then groups.)

  4. Successful bulk upload.

Group Management

You can gather users based on your company‘s needs. Use these groups to link templates or define individual approval rules for each group. Linked groups will be visible only to their members.

  1. Create a new group, click "Add new group". Name the group.

  2. Assign existing users to new groups under the "Invite/Manage" users tab. (Users can be added to multiple groups.)

  3. Selecting the templates available to each group can be accessed on the home page, by template. Choose the template you would like to add to a group and in the drop down menu select "Assign a group". Templates can be added to multiple groups.

Approval Flows

This setting enables approval process for all campaign posts. When turned on, every new post that is not linked to a specific group will require approvals before being published.

Note: For approvals specific to groups, refer to the Group Level Approval Flow settings.

  1. Approvals can be set by group or for all templates across the organization.

  2. Select toggle to require approval flow for all templates or only templates that are editable.

Or, set approval flow by group.
