1. Navigate to the Video Voices Tab:
Log in to your Cliquify account.
Navigate to the "Video Voices" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Select "Create New Project":
Click on the "Create New Project" button. This will open a new window where you can begin configuring your project settings.
Choose to create a New Blank Project or select one of our Pre-defined Projects.
Pre-defined Projects: Select a category from the available options (e.g., Candidate Attraction, Onboarding, Learning Development...). Each category includes pre-defined questions to streamline the process.
3. Set Up Project Details:
Project Title: Enter a clear and concise title for your project (e.g., "Q3 Employee Testimonials" or "New Hire Welcome Videos").
Invitation Message: Compose a personalized message to the recipients who will be participating in the video project. This message should explain the purpose of the project, provide instructions on how to record their video, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Contact Email: Enter your contact email address for recipients to reach out with any questions.
Publicity Agreement: Choose whether or not to require users to review and accept your publicity agreement before they begin recording their videos. You can upload your publicity agreement under "Account Settings."
4. Choose Video Specifications:
Video Orientation: Select the preferred video orientation for the project (e.g., landscape, portrait, square).
Max Clip Length: Specify the maximum clip length for each recipient's video. This will help ensure consistency and keep the project manageable.
Video Category: Choose the appropriate category for your video project from the dropdown menu (e.g., Employee Testimonials, Customer Success Stories, Welcome Messages).
5. Customize Questions (if applicable):
If you're using a pre-defined project, review and customize the existing questions as needed.
If you're using a blank project, add your own custom questions to gather specific information or elicit desired responses from participants.
Note: Participants can now record separate videos for each question you add, allowing you to easily break up the videos and compile responses more efficiently during the editing process.
6. Create and Send Invitations:
Once you have configured all project settings, click "Create Project."
You will then have the option to send invitations to your participants. You can send invitations individually via email or Slack, or you can bulk upload a list of recipient email addresses. You can also share a unique project link or QR code with participants.
Congratulations! You have successfully created a new video project within the Cliquify platform.
