1. Navigate to Your Video Project
Log in to your Cliquify account.
Navigate to the "Video Voices" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Select the video project for which you want to manage submissions.
2. Access the Submissions Dashboard
Within your selected project, locate the "Submissions" tab.
Click to open the submissions dashboard, where you can view all received videos.
3. Review Submitted Videos
Browse the list of submitted videos, organized by participant.
Click on a video to preview its content.
Check video details, including submission time, participant name, and status.
4. Approve or Request Revisions
If the video meets your project’s requirements, mark it as "Approved."
If edits are needed, select "Request Revisions" and provide feedback.
Participants will receive a notification to resubmit their video with the necessary changes.
5. Download and Organize Videos
Select one or multiple videos for download.
Store videos in your preferred folder structure for future editing and use.
Organize approved submissions into categories within the platform for easier access.
6. Provide Feedback and Engagement
Leave comments on submissions to encourage and guide participants.
Use the platform’s built-in messaging tools to communicate directly with contributors.
Acknowledge outstanding submissions to boost engagement.
7. Finalize and Publish Videos
Once all videos are reviewed and approved, compile them into your final project.
Use Cliquify’s editing tools to enhance the content if needed.
Share the final videos across your employer branding channels.
