1. Navigate to Your Video Project
Log in to your Cliquify account.
Navigate to the "Video Voices" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on the video project you wish to invite participants to.
2. Access the Invitation Settings
Within your selected project, locate the "Invite Participants" button.
Click to open the invitation options menu.
3. Choose Your Invitation Method
You can invite participants in multiple ways:
A. Send Invitations via Email
Enter the email addresses of your participants manually.
Alternatively, bulk upload a list of email addresses using a .CSV file.
Customize the email invitation with a personalized message explaining the purpose of the project and instructions for submission.
Click "Send Invitations" to distribute the invites.
B. Share a Unique Project Link
Copy the automatically generated project link.
Share the link via email, messaging apps, or internal communication platforms.
C. Use a QR Code
Click "Generate QR Code."
Download and share the QR code for participants to scan and directly access the project.
4. Customize the Invitation Message
Provide a clear and engaging explanation of the project’s purpose.
Include step-by-step instructions on how to record and submit their video.
Set expectations regarding deadlines and video specifications.
5. Monitor Invitation Status
Navigate to the "Participants" tab within the project dashboard.
Track invitation statuses (e.g., Sent, Opened, Submitted).
Resend invitations to participants who have not yet responded.
6. Provide Support and Follow-Up
Ensure participants have access to FAQs or support contacts.
Send reminder emails as the deadline approaches.
Engage with participants by answering any queries or concerns.
