We’re simplifying how roles and permissions are managed by introducing a clearer hierarchy structure.
New Role Structure
Admin
Automatically includes Creator and User permissionsCreator

Approval Permissions
Only Admins and Creators can be assigned as Approvers
Users cannot be designated as Approvers
