We’re simplifying how roles and permissions are managed by introducing a clearer hierarchy structure.
New Role Structure
Admin
Automatically includes Creator and User permissionsCreator

Basic platform access
Approval Permissions
Only Admins and Creators can be assigned as Approvers
Users cannot be designated as Approvers

On the template actions, “Edit” will change to “Use” to allow for multiple actions beyond social sharing.
