People Stories

On your Home page, there's a “Collect People Stories” action tile — “Gather videos, photos, and written responses from your people.” A “Curate Campaigns” tile is also visible, marked Coming Soon.

From Stories Home, you have two entry points: Create project (collect videos, written stories from people, or upload from your local drive) or Build on-brand story (repurpose existing responses into content — covered in Step 6).

Clicking Create project opens a modal with three collection methods: Collect (invite-based, live today), Upload videos (live), and Upload written responses — bulk-upload from other tools (Coming Soon).

Selecting Collect opens Create New Project, where you either start with Create blank project or browse category presets under Employer Brand: Candidate Attraction, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Internal Mobility, Benefits, Culture Values, Early Career Programs, Social Responsibility, Business Outlook, and Marketing. Prefer AI assistance? Toggle “Turn on AI mode” to browse prompt-based suggestions instead.

Under Edit Response Formats, choose one or both formats — both can be selected together, live today: Video (set Orientation and Video length) and Written (respondents can also upload photos with their submission). Below that, add your Questions — AI-generated or custom, with a 350-character limit per question, plus Add question / Generate more options.

On Finalize Project, configure Sender name on invites, an optional sender introduction video, and your Invitation message (rich text editor, 350-character limit).

You can also require contributors to review a consent agreement before participating — manage consent requirements in Account Settings.

A live preview always reflects your current settings. Click Invite to send, or Save and close to finish later. Invitations can go out via email, shareable link, or QR code.

Head to Projects to see response count, activity, and People Stories generated per project, plus account-wide totals. Each project has a quick-actions menu: Edit project, Share / Add invitees, Copy invite link, and Archive.

From Stories Home, click Build on-brand story to repurpose collected responses. Video format is live today; Written format using CLEO and Widget (embeddable story-collection forms) are both Coming Soon.

Selecting Video format walks you through: (1) Select aspect ratio — Portrait, Landscape, or Square, and (2) Add one or more scenes, then Create video. This opens the video editor, where you can upload media, apply templates, add text, captions, shapes, illustrations, logos, audio, and transitions on a scrubbable timeline before exporting.

Once you've selected a video template (or started a new video story), you land in the video editor canvas. Click the + in the center of the frame, or "Click to upload / Or drag and drop files here," to add your first clip, image, or media asset.

The left-hand toolbar gives you everything you need to build the video:

At the bottom, toggle Show Timeline to reveal the scrubbable timeline, where uploaded media appears as draggable clips. From here you can Delete, Split, or Clone clips, play back your edit with the transport controls (00:00 / 00:00 counter), and zoom in/out on the timeline for finer control. A download icon on the far right lets you export your work in progress.

Once your edit is ready, click Next (top right) to move to the following step.
