Cliquify Dashboard
From your dashboard, you'll see, quick action options and your Enterprise templates. You can also navigate to templates from the left sidebar.

Locating a Template
Once in the Templates area, you can browse all templates, narrow them down using tags, or search by keyword.

Narrow your Search
Search or choose a tag from the filters above to narrow down your template options. We'll choose "Employee Testimonial" here.

Preview a Template
You can preview a template details by clicking the "preview" button.

Template Preview Details
When you click preview, you'll see the full details of the design including its tags group assignment category and folder. The template will either be editable or ready to use. Like we see here.

Campaign Titling And Post Creation
When you're ready to post, Click Share, then give your campaign a title for tracking purposes and hit next.

Caption Generation With Cleo AI
You'll land on the post creation page. From here you can write your own caption or generate one using CLEO AI. Select a content theme — like Mission — and CLEO will generate a caption for you based on that prompt.

URL And Hashtag Entry
Next, enter a CTA URL and any relevant hashtags, then click Send for Approval.

Approval Notification Process (1)
Your admin will be notified that your post is ready for review. Once approved, your post will be ready to publish. If changes are needed, you'll get a notification with details on what to update before posting. If approvals are not required, you'll be able to post from this screen.

Editable Template Identification
A template is editable. It will be labeled as such. When you share it externally and hit next. Instead of going straight to the caption screen, you'll be taken to the design editor first,

Campaign Naming Step
Again, you'll name your campaign then hit next.

Design Editor Features
In the editor, you can update text images logos and Frames within whatever the admin has set as editable. Locked elements will limit what you can change.

Automatic Design Resizing
Text boxes that are available to edit will be clearly indicated.

Editable Text And Image Options
When you're happy with your design hit next and you'll be taken to the caption and posting screen same as before.

Final Caption And Posting
That's it. Choose a template customize if needed caption and post. It's that simple.
