For Approvers: APPROVE - Review and Approve Content Efficiently

This video is for approvers. We will cover how to review and approve content efficiently in Cliquify.

Access Pending Approvals

When you first log into your Cliquify account, you will see notifications at the bottom. If you click the notifications, you will see all items, you have pending approval.

View Post Details

Click the item you want to approve. It'll show you the post caption, the hashtags included, and the URL link the user chose.

Review the Design

From here, you can approve or send back review, the graphic and caption for spelling and grammar, brand consistency and check that the template has not been altered.

Click Send Back Button

Click the Send Back button to return the content for revisions.

User Receives Denial Notification

The user will receive a notification indicating that their campaign has been denied. They will also receive the notes on what needs to be edited, allowing them to make the necessary changes and resubmit it for approval.

Approve Content Immediately

You can also approve immediately after reviewing, signaling to the user that their design is ready for use.

Edit Content in Editor

Another option is to go in and choose the item you want to edit and open it in the editor and make changes directly in the design.

Then you can approve it with the changes that you made.

Additional Notification

Additionally, approvers will get a courtesy email when there is a design waiting for approval.
